        D – Discipline (The foremost requirement of a successful life)
        E – Enthusiasm to work energetically
        N – Non Violence (Avoiding any conflict)
        T – Tolerance to bear the adversities

I strongly feel that education and its means become all the more important when its aim is so high. It should aim at the growth of every individual to live a dignified life. Education is far beyong the books and exams. It includes all the age long values which have been devoured by westernization in the name of globalization.
    
In the present scenario, only school and teachers fail to shoulder the responsibility of inculcating values of life in the students. We require the help of parents also. Parents too, are responsible for teaching values to their wards. They must join hands with the teachers to render opportunity to the children for required environment of proper physical, mental, emotional & spiritual growth. They should spend a quality time with their wards at home to nurture them.
    
If we wish to take our youth to the degnified path of righteousness, the parents and teachers should walk hand in hand.
